You can register a support incident 24/7 on our website and we can often resolve your problem without having to visit your offices. Using our web-based remote support software for Mac and PC - we can look into your problems remotely, leaving you to carry on with your work.

Our remote support tools are cross-platform (Mac OS X, Windows and Linux), firewall friendly and require no initial set-up.

Dedicated Account Manager

It's always frustrating when you have to speak to a different person each time you call, so we provide you with a dedicated account manager who understands your business and IT infrastructure. If you do have a critical problem we will respond quickly and efficiently and assist by phone, remotely or onsite as required. We give you the option to designate your problem as an emergency when you first get in touch and we will tailor our response accordingly. If an onsite visit is required our engineers will be able to explain what the problem is and how long it will take to fix in non-technical terms.
